Go to Book a Ride, enter your pickup and delivery addresses, choose your package details and delivery speed, then confirm. You'll get a tracking number immediately.

Can I choose my own rider?

Yes. Before confirming a booking you can see all riders near your pickup with their rating, distance and ETA. Choose one yourself, or let the system assign the nearest available rider.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Paystack, Flutterwave, debit and credit cards, and direct bank transfer. Invoices and receipts are generated automatically.

How is pricing calculated?

Price depends on distance, vehicle type, package weight, package size and delivery speed. You always see the estimate before you confirm.

How do I qualify for the marketplace?

Complete five or more successful deliveries, then submit your business details and products for admin review. Approved listings are published by our team.

Yes, every completed trip carries cargo cover. Contact support for high-value shipments needing extended cover.
